In order to access content, included in your pass package or that you have purchased pay-per-game access to, you will need to be logged in on our service, whether that's on our website, mobile apps or one of our tv apps, under the details you purchased the pass/game under.
On Our Website
1. Go to our website www.gaago.ie
2. Click on the LOGIN button in the top right corner of the screen
3. A pop-up box will appear on the screen. Enter the email address and password you entered when purchasing the pass/game or highlights programme in the appropriate fields
Click on the box next to 'REMEMBER ME' if you want to store your details on your device.
Click the box beside 'I am not a robot' and wait a second for the spinning wheel to become a tick.
At this point, you may be prompted to complete a CAPTCHA security feature where you need to select all boxes that contain a requested item, click VERIFY to confirm selection.
Once you do this, proceed to click 'LOGIN.'
1. If using an iPad/tablet or mobile device, go to our website www.gaago.ie.
2. Click on the three 'menu' lines in the top right corner
3. Click on the last option from the list displayed, LOGIN
4. A pop-up box will appear on the screen. Enter the email address and password you entered when purchasing the pass/game or highlights programme in the appropriate fields, click the box next to 'REMEMBER ME' if you want to store your details on your device, click on the box to the left of 'I am not a robot,' then click 'LOGIN'.
On Our Mobile App:
1. Download the GAAGO app on your Android/iOS mobile device from the Google Play / Apple App Store.
2. Click the cogwheel icon in the top right-hand corner of the screen
3. Click the first option from the list provided, LOGIN
4. Enter the email address and password you entered when purchasing the pass/game or highlights programme into the appropriate fields and click the LOGIN button
Forgotten your password?
In all instances, if you wish or need to reset your password click on the 'Forgot Password' option on the login page. Enter the email address associated with your GAAGO account into the provided field and click 'send email.'
How do I know if I'm logged in correctly?
If you are logged in correctly on our website (on a desktop view) you will see 'MYGAAGO' displayed in the top right-hand corner as opposed to 'LOGIN'
On our website (on a mobile device,) once logged in a person icon will appear to the left of the three lines in the top right-hand corner. See below a logged-out and logged-in view of our website on a mobile device.
