Create Account & Buy

If this is your first time to use GAAGO, in order to stream our service you will have to set up a GAAGO account.

To do so, you must buy a product. Simply choose a pass, individual match or individual programme, enter the required requested information (email address, password, card details in the payment section) and click 'Create Account & Buy'. It's as simple as that!

Once payment is successful, you will immediately have access to what is included in your subscription. If you purchase an individual game or programme you will have access to this as soon as it is available to view (for instance, if you purchase an upcoming game, you will only be able to watch it once it goes live on our service).

You will also be sent proof of purchase via email. If you cannot see this in your main inbox, please check your spam/junk folder. This email is not needed to access content. To access content simply login to our website/app using the email address and password used when registering your GAAGO account.

An individual game purchase gives you access to watch that game live and on-demand up to 10 times.

Already have an account?

If you already have a GAAGO account from a previous purchase then click on the login button in the top right corner of our website or app and enter the email address (login) and password you registered with when you signed up to GAAGO. If you have any difficulties doing so, contact our customer service team via email on

Once signed in you will be able to add purchases to your account, or if you have a Annual Pass, Annual Pass Flex, Annual Pass GB, Annual Pass GB Flex or Season Pass you will see a list of upcoming and on-demand games available to you. The 'on demand' games are all games shown since the beginning of the year, which will remain available until the start of the next season.

Your Account (MYGAAGO)
Once logged into your account on our website or app, you will see MYGAAGO in the top right hand corner. Here, you can keep track of all your subscriptions, see past purchases and billing information, make changes to your account such as password change, update payment details and set your subscription to cancel at the period end.


You can watch GAAGO on our website on a device of your choice, through our soon to be released, new and improved mobile apps (Android and iOS) or cast to your Smart TV through our mobile apps via Chromecast/Apple Airplay (this option will become available again once our new apps are released). In the meantime, the only way to access content on your TV at this time is by accessing our service on our website and hooking a laptop up to your TV via a HDMI cable.
