For the GAAGO Annual Pass, Annual Pass GB, Annual Pass Flex and Annual Pass GB Flex subscribers, your subscription will automatically renew on an annual basis, giving you the benefit of not having to worry about signing up for GAAGO every year.
By purchasing one of the above products you are committing to a yearly, rolling subscription however, if you only wish to sign up for the year you can set your subscription to cancel at any time. To do so, simply go to 'Manage Subscriptions' under the 'MYGAAGO' section when logged into your GAAGO account on our website and click on 'Cancel Auto Renew.'
Flex Passes (available for the regular Annual Pass and Annual Pass GB packages) allow you to spread the cost of your year-long subscription across the duration of the year in 12 monthly installments. You pay one month (€11.99 / $13.99) upfront at the time of purchase, followed by 11 further monthly installments of €11.99 / $13.99 each (1 per month) throughout the year. Payment will be taken on the same date every month. Installments are charged to the credit/debit card used when making the initial purchase, you can change your credit card details at any time in the 'Billing Information' section of MyGAAGO.
The pass is not a pay-per-month pass that you can simply cancel at any time and payments will cease. You can set your subscription to cancel at the end of the subscription period under the MYGAAGO section on our website when logged into your account but payments will not cease until all 12 payments have been collected.
