Streaming GAAGO at your venue:
There are a number of ways to show GAAGO at your venue:
1. Directly on a tv through one of our on-tv apps (Roku, Fire TV, Apple TV, Google TV).
Please be aware that when accessing the tv app for the first time you will be required to approve the login on a sceond device, either on our website or mobile app. To do so on our website, login using the email addess and password asscoited with your GAAGO account then go to https://www.gaago.ie/pair
and enter the 6 diget code displaced on your tv screen in the provided field. On the mobile app, login using the email address and password associated with your GAAGO account then click on the cog wheel symbol (in the top right-hand corner of the screen), select 'Pair TV' and enter the 6 digit code displayed on your tv screen in the spaces provided.
2. Casting from our mobile app (available to download on iOS and Android devices) via Google Chromecast or Apple Airplay to a smart tv. Just log in to the mobile app using your GAAGO account details (email address and password) click into the game you wish to watch, hit the casting icon, select your casting device and the stream should appear on your tv screen. If you are casting from the GAAGO mobile apps, you will need to make sure your phone/tablet and streaming device are both connected to the same network.
Note that casting is not recommended in certain situations (e.g. where the streaming device you’re casting to is located far away from, or is partially obscured from, your internet router). In all cases, you will need to make sure you have a strong, stable internet connection – ideally one that is not in use for any other means (e.g. as free customer wi-fi).
3. Alternatively, you can use a wired connection. Connect a laptop, accessing our website https://www.gaago.ie/?
, to your big screen via HDMI cable
Please note that we do not officially support smart tv internet browsers so if you are accessing our service in this way, we cannot guarantee it will work every time.
Multiple Logins / Casting Devices:
Depending on your setup, you may require multple logins and or casting devices.
The best way to screen content at your premises is via one of our on-tv apps (Roku, Fire TV, Apple TV, Google TV). If you wish to screen the same game on multiple screens and do not have a setup in place where you can mirror content from a master screen to several others, you will require multiple logins, a login per screen (*note you can stream different games, on different devices, at the same time under one login). Simply send us the email addresses you would like passes to be set up on and we will get that sorted for you. We do not have a limit on how many logins can be issued to you or how many tvs you screen content on at your establishment.
If you plan on casting from the mobile app to a tv and wish to screen the same game on multiple screens but do not have a setup in place where you can mirror content from a master screen to several others, you will require multiple logins, a login per screen (*note you can stream different games, on different devices, at the same time under the one login). Once again, simply send us the email addresses you would like passes to be set up on and we will get that sorted for you. We do not have a limit on how many logins can be issued to you or how many tvs you screen content on at your establishment. This setup will also require you to have multiple casting devices in place / mobile devices at your disposal. For instance, if you want to cast say 3 different games at once on 3 different screens or wish to show the same game across 3 screens and do not have a setup in place where they can mirror content from one master device to multiple devices you would need to have 3 logins, be logged into the mobile app on 3 different mobile devices (a login per device) and 3 Chromecast keys / Apple Airplay devices (one plugged into each tv).
