1. You may not be logged in correctly under the account you purchased the access under
2. The item of content is not included in your pass package
3. You are in a territory where the game you wish to access is blocked from view on our service due to rights restrictions
How do I know what email address is associated with my GAAGO Account?
If you are logged into your account on your device, clicking the person icon on the website view or the cogwheel icon > Account on the app view will show you what email address your GAAGO account is registered to.
Upon purchasing, you would have been sent a proof of purchase email to the email address associated with your GAAGO account. If you cannot see this in your main inbox, please check your spam/junk mail folder. If you did not receive one it's possible there may have been a typing error in the email address you entered upon purchasing. If you think this may be the case, please contact our Support Team on email@example.com or fill in our support form.
How do I know if I'm logged in correctly?
If you are logged in correctly on our website (on a desktop view) you will see 'MYGAAGO' displayed in the top right-hand corner as opposed to 'LOGIN'
On our website (on a mobile device,) once logged in a person icon will appear to the left of the three lines in the top right-hand corner. See below a logged-out and logged-in view of our website on a mobile device.
On the mobile app, to check if you are logged in correctly, click on the cog wheel in the top right-hand corner. If you see 'Account' as the first option, you are logged in. Clicking into 'Account' will show you the email address you are logged in under. If you see 'Login' you are not logged in correctly and will need to click 'Login' and enter the email address and password associated with your GAAGO account.

If you are located outside of Ireland and the UK, you will have access to all 180+ games and 30+ highlights shows (including all televised senior club games and inter-country games plus The Sunday Game and Allianz League Sunday highlights and analysis shows), as well as exclusive documentaries and classic games.
Great Britain (England, Scotland & Wales):
Due to rights restrictions, games televised by BBC cannot be accessed on our service in Great Britain but can be accessed free of charge via BBC's online iPlayer or free to air on the relevant TV channel. This will only apply to approximately 6 games over the full duration of the season (All-Ireland Semi-Finals and Finals). All fixtures from other broadcasters (RTE, TG4, GAAGO) can be accessed on our service in Great Britain. Availability in your region is clearly stated on each game listing.
The Island of Ireland (Northern Ireland and The Republic of)
GAAGO is now available to purchase and view on the island of Ireland however, restrictions do apply. Users based on the island of Ireland can access GAAGO exclusive games as well as BBC NI games on our service. Due to rights restrictions, games televised by RTÉ and TG4 on the Island of Ireland will not be available to view on our service but can be accessed free to air on the relevant TV channel in ROI or free of charge via the relevant broadcaster's online player in NI & ROI. Availability in your region is clearly stated on each game listing.
- Annual Pass holders who use their pass in Great Britain will not have access to games unavailable in Great Britain. Similarly, if on the island of Ireland (NI & ROI), Annual Pass and Annual Pass GB holders will not be able to access games unavailable to view on the island of Ireland under their pass.
- Annual Pass GB holders who use their pass outside of Great Britain will not have access to games unavailable in Great Britain under their pass, but will be able to purchase and view these games additionally (as standalone game purchases)
- Season Pass holders will be able to access games unavailable on the island of Ireland when outside the region but as the games are not included in their package they will need to purchase the games additionally as standalone games
