If you are logged in correctly on our website (on a desktop view) you will see 'MYGAAGO' displayed in the top right-hand corner as opposed to 'LOGIN'

On our website (on a mobile device,) once logged in a person icon will appear to the left of the three lines in the top right-hand corner. See below a logged-out and logged-in view of our website on a mobile device.

On the mobile app, to check if you are logged in correctly, click on the cog wheel in the top right-hand corner. If you see 'Account' as the first option, you are logged in. Clicking into 'Account' will show you the email address you are logged in under. If you see 'Login' you are not logged in correctly and will need to click 'Login' and enter the email address and password associated with your GAAGO account.
