I'm using mobile data but my device thinks I'm still on the island of Ireland. What do I do?
As games broadcast on Irish TV are not available to view on our service on the island of Ireland, you may encounter some issues when trying to access GAAGO fixtures using an Irish mobile data roaming connection if abroad.
Whilst roaming, your network still provides you with an Irish IP address so it thinks or will read that you are in Ireland, not the country you are in.
This is easily fixed:
1. Turn off mobile data
2. Connect to a local WiFi connection
3. Clear your location history
4. If you are using our website, clear your internet browser cookies and cache / if you're using one of our mobile or on-tv apps close the app and reopen it
