If you are struggling to scrub back and forth, this may be down to the way you are watching the game. For instance, some devices, browsers or casting methods do not support or do not make it easy to navigate the scrub bar feature on our website and mobile apps. 


If you are having trouble using the scrub bar function on our website, please ensure that your device is running at least Windows 10 / iOS10 / Android OS 10 and that you are using a supported internet browser to access our service on. We recommend using Google Chrome browser to ensure the best streaming experience and discourage people from using Internet Explorer (it is outdated) or Edge and Safari (known to cause problems). Please note that smart TV and gaming console browsers are also unsupported therefore we cannot guarantee you will be able to access our service through them without interruption or at all. 


If you are using an iOS (Apple) device, please be aware that streams automatically play on the native iOS player that does not always allow users scrub back and fourth on. If this is the case, we advise you try to access our service on another device, preferably not another iOS/Apple device.


If you are having trouble scrubbing back and forth on one of the mobile apps, double check that you have the most up to date version of our app downloaded on your device and that your device is running at least iOS10 / Android OS 10. If you are using an older version of the app or OS version we cannot guarantee you will be able to stream or service or use the scrub bar functions. 


If you are having trouble using the scrub function when casting this may be because the casting method you are using may not be unsupported or the accessing device, casting device and viewing device combination may not be compatible with our service. GAAGO can be cast from our website or mobile app via Apple Airplay or Google Chromecast.
