If the video plays intermittently and or buffers on a black background screen, it means that you do not have sufficient bandwidth to stream. Please be aware that many ISPs (Internet Service Providers) 'throttle' bandwidth or are prone to congestion at peak times.

If the video is continually buffering can you lower your bit-rate. Our player will start on auto however in the bottom right corner of the player will notice a bit-rate wheel, can you click on this wheel and move the player speed to 360p or 480p?

If you have 5MB or more available and it continues to buffer, please contact your Internet Service Provider.
