When you click into a stream on our website, the match graphic should display with a play icon (to be clicked to play the stream) in the centre - see below.
If when you click into a game the player does not open (see below) and it looks as though the top of the screen has been cut off the issue you are experiencing is being caused by the way your internet browser is set up.
