If you are seeing the following message in the GAAGO player 'Your pass is open in another browser please wait 60 seconds', it is possible you have accessed the same GAAGO game/programme through another browser or device.
To remove this notice and to stream you will need to log out of all devices/browsers you have accessed your GAAGO pass in. You can do so by clicking on the 'Log Out' button that appears at the bottom of all pages on gaago.ie. Then re access your pass via the link sent to your email.
Please note GAAGO is designed to stream a given game on one device, in one browser at one time. (You can stream two different games at the same time provided you access them in different browsers/devices). If you have given your pass details to another person, and they are logged into the same game this will also cause the same message to appear.
