On-tv App:
Our Samsung TV on-tv app can be downloaded from the app store on Samsung TV models made from 2021 upwards.
We are working to expand the amount of Samsung TV models our on-tv app is supported on.
On-tv Web Browser:
We do not support watching GAAGO on a Samsung TV web browser. As this way of viewing our service is unsupported, it may work sometimes and not others. We cannot guarantee accessing our service in this way will work every time and would expect disruptions to occur therefore advise against it. There are a number of supported ways to watch GAAGO on your TV.
Casting:
We support casting from our mobile app (not website) to tvs via Chromecast and Airplay casting devices. At this moment in time, we do not support casting to TVs via any other casting devices or setups.
