If you have subscribed to an Annual Pass, Annual Pass GB or Season Pass and want to cancel your subscription, you can cancel and request a refund anytime within 14 days of purchase, provided you have not streamed a game within that 14-day window. After those 14 days have elapsed, or you have streamed any content, the subscription becomes non-refundable.
If you have an Annual Pass Flex package (regular or GB), as with all other purchases, you can cancel and request a refund anytime within 14 days of purchase, provided you have not streamed a game within that 14-day window. After those 14 days have elapsed, or you have streamed any content, the subscription becomes non-refundable. As would have been clearly outlined in the description of your package upon purchase this pass option allows holders to spread the cost of their yearly subscription across the year in 12 monthly instalments as opposed to one large upfront payment (as with the regular Annual Pass subscription). When you signed up to the pass you signed up to a 12 month contract with us. The pass is not a pay-per-month pass that you can simply cancel at any time and payments will cease. You can set your subscription to cancel at the end of the subscription period under the MYGAAGO section on our website when logged into your account but payments will not cease until all 12 payments have been collected.
If you have paid for a live ‘pay-per-game’ session and want to cancel your purchase, you can request a refund within 14 days of the match being broadcast live, provided you have not viewed it. If you paid for a ‘pay-per game’ session after the live broadcast, provided you have not streamed the game, you have the option of requesting a refund within 14 days.
